Thanks! Yes, in one of the early, introductory chapters (during which he's confronted by Leaky-Eye Luka) you get to see his birthmark, even though the angle didn't really make sense since he was still dressed and all.
Oh, I see. Yaknow, feel like there could have been a lot more to arc 5 besides fighting. The story just passed from one brawl to the next leaving the gang in stitches without even letting them catch a breath. And the last chapter ended so quickly with that ONE shot of Giorno as the new boss. But now I'm on Steel ball run(as I've already been through stone ocean) and I think it has enough so far. And at this point in the story I'm really starting to see some American Drawing style influences.
Steel Ball run is pretty sweet. But unfortunately the farthest I can get is to chapter 67 before the site runs out of chapters. But this makes me wonder if Mr. Hirohiko is going to make other remakes of the different arcs. For example, he might be planning to redo Johnny Joestar's story. Maybe he's grown sick of Johnny(The main character of the whole) only being known originally as a ripple user which has been come to be known as the weaker power in the arc.
Looking back, Ripple was just another take on "Inner Strength" like Chi from Dragonball and like Chakra from Naruto. Stands abilities can't be measured by a power level. That's why the later arcs that use stands are so clever to me, because you can't just overpower them.
And just out of curiosity, which is your favorite stand? My favorite is Metallica, because it just seems like the PERFECT assassination technique.
Also, have you ever considered what YOUR stand would look like if you had one?
